Pricing for services is provided via quote and confirmed before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding any third-party tools, licenses, or pre-existing assets used in the project.
5. Limitation of Liability
Websfluence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
