We design the homepage first and write the copy to go with it. You see it on a call where we walk through every decision, from the headline to the position of the call button. Nothing moves forward until you love it.

The number we agree is the number you pay. Scope changes are quoted separately and only ever go ahead with your yes.

Domain, design, code, content, logins. No lock-in, no hostage hosting. If you ever leave, you take the lot with you.

How much of my time does this really take?

About two hours across the whole project: a 30-minute kickoff, a 45-minute design review, a short training session and a few quick message replies. That's it. Week three is completely hands-off for you.

What if I don't like the design?

You get two rounds of revisions on the homepage, and we keep refining until it's right. If you still don't love it, we refund your deposit and part ways. Nothing gets built until you've said yes.

What do you need from me to start?

Your logo if you have one, photos of your work even if they're phone photos, a sense of your services and pricing, and access to your domain. We handle everything else, including hosting setup.

What if my project takes longer than four weeks?

Larger builds with online booking, multiple locations or a headless CMS run six to ten weeks. You'll know which one you are before you pay anything, and the timeline is dated in the quote.

Can I pause the project if work gets busy?

Yes. Busy season happens. Tell us and we'll hold your slot. The only cost is that your launch date moves.

How and when do I pay?

Half to start, half at launch for most projects. Larger builds split into three. Care plans and SEO are monthly and start the month after launch.
