01Using this website

By using websfluence.com you agree to these terms. The information here is general and may change as our services do. We keep it accurate and up to date, but it isn't professional advice for your specific business.

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, overload it, or copy large parts of it with automated tools.

02Free strategy calls

The 15-minute strategy call is free and comes with no obligation. Anything we suggest on the call is our honest opinion based on what we can see in that time. It's a starting point, not a guarantee.

03Prices and quotes

Prices on this website are starting prices, such as “From $1,900”. They show the usual range, not a final price. Your actual price is the fixed quote we send in writing after we understand your project, and it only becomes binding once you accept it.

04Projects and payments

Every project gets a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, timeline, payment schedule, revisions and refund terms. When you accept it, that agreement governs the project.

If anything in it differs from these terms, the project agreement wins.

05Ownership and content

The text, design, logo and graphics on this website belong to Websfluence. Client projects are shown with our clients' permission, and their names and brands belong to them. Please don't reuse any of it without asking us in writing.

For the websites we build for you, ownership is set out in your project agreement. As a rule, once a project is paid in full, the design, code and content are yours.

06Results

We build every website to rank well and bring in enquiries, and we'll always tell you honestly what we expect. But Google's rankings, your market and your competitors are outside anyone's control, so we can't guarantee a specific ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads or revenue.

07Other websites

This site links to services run by other companies, such as Google Calendar, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, and to our clients' websites. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their content.

08Limitation of liability

This website is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Websfluence isn't liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
